Disney Book Tag

When you wish upon a star, makes no difference who you are, anything your heart desires will come to you.

I am an avid Disney lover, I mean myself and my hubby go at least once a year to either of the parks. It truly is where you can be yourself and a kid again so why not do the Disney Tag!

The Little Mermaid: A character who is out of their element, a “fish out of water”

Marguerite Caine from The Firebird Trilogy by Claudia Gray. She jumps into different versions of herself in parallel universes which deff makes her a fish out of water, over and over again.

Cinderellaa character who goes through a major transformation

Feyra Archeron from The Court of Thorns and Roses series, not only does she drastically change physically but emotionally and mentally as well.

Snow Whitea book with an eclectic cast of characters

A Shadow Bright & Burning, you have a strong female character, a jokster, a debonair Mr. Darcy type, a shy introvert, you name it and this book has it in diversity.

Sleeping Beauty a book that put you to sleep

Unfortunately. Spare and Found parts. It was a strange novel that took 75% to get into to, but the ending was worth it but zzzzzzzzzz

The Lion King – a character who had something traumatic happen to them in childhood

Jace Wayland, from The Mortal Instruments series. His past with his dad and his parents all together.

Beauty and the Beast – A beast of a book (a big book) that you were intimidated by, but found the story to be beautiful

A Winter’s Tale for certain, that is one of the most beautiful stories ever written

Aladdin – a character who gets their wish granted, for better or worse

Orion from FlashFall, Spoiler Alert! She just wants to get out of the mines, and eventually she does but it isn’t an easy trip

Mulana character who pretends to be someone or something they are not

Khalid Ibn al-Rashid, The Caliph of Khorasan from The Wrath & The Dawn Duology by Renee Ahdieh. Spoiler Alert! He lets people believe he’s the murderous boy king, when in reality he is a good man who is cursed and feels guilt everyday for the events that transpired to allow so many young women to be scarified.

Toy Storya book with characters you wish would come to life.

                                                          All of them!!!!!

Disney Descendantsyour favorite villain or morally ambiguous character.

Aidan,  the artificial intelligence that runs the war ship Alexander. He does some pretty nasty things, but overall he really isn’t a villain but an anti-hero because his ends justified the means… most of the time.
