Owlcrate’s Run Away with the Circus Book Tag

As you all know by now I am an avid Owlcrate subscriber which if you didn’t know by  now through my blog it is a bookish monthly subscription box and Feb’s theme for their box was Run Away with the Circus, so I knew when they decided to create this original book tag I just had to do it.  So let’s grab our luggage and jump on the train to run away with the circus 🙂

Ring Master: Best Main Character Rose Hathaway from Vampire Academy by Richelle Mead. Rose is a dhampir which is a half vampire and she is a badass Guardian, which is a warrior trained to protect the full vampires called Moroi. She is witty, sarcastic, strong and everything a heroine should be.

Trapeze Artists: Favorite Friendship Jacob and Rosie from Water for Elephants by Sara Gruen. Yes this friendship is between a man and Elephant but its so beautiful and amazing and I just love Rosie ok! lol

Juggling: Best Love Triangle Clary, Jace and Simon from The Mortal Instruments by Cassandra Clare. An oldie but a goody lol The tension and complications just loved it.

The Big Top: Fantastic World Building The Night Circus by Erin Morgenstern. This is just a mystical, fantastic world that I would adore to visit.

Magician: Favorite Magic System Snow Like Ashes Trilogy by Sara Raasch. I love the element magic and what it does to it’s people.

Tight Rope Walking: A Book that kept you on the edge of your seat Scythe by Neal Shusterman. The two trainee’s go head to head in a death match and your always wondering what will become of it.

Contortionist: Best Plot Twist A Court of Mist and Fury by Sarah J. Maas. AHHHHHHH!!!! that’s all I can say. The plot twist between this and the first book.

Human Cannonball: A Book with an Explosive Ending Illuminae Book One of The Illuminae Files by Amie Kaufman and Jay Kristoff. Aidan… am I not Merciful…..
